Papa and me.....

Papa deserves a shout-out too. Why? Well we have the same hair for starters. Mama thinks this photo of us blogging together is funny...

...He tells me all sorts of amazing things. Sometimes I listen and learn and other times I know he's just plain daft.
Oh my goodness, I hope having the same hair doesn't mean I'll be that grey too.
...He loves to play with my new MOMA building blocks from Rene and Lara's trip to San Francisco, building building building. I suppose they help him express himself as an architect.
...which just brings out my inner demolition every time.
...ah blesss. It's so easy to keep him entertained.

Tita Jules, LingLing, bling and tings
We had Tita Jules and LolaLingLing come to stay, which was wonderful. I dressed up in my best togs and got Mama and Papa to take me to the aeroport to meet them. Papa was keen to take this photo on the curbside. Something about getting all his babies in one shot??? I have found one draw back of being a baby is while your bum is in fact quite scrawny, it always looks big in a nappy. Fortunately, I am one of the luckiest nieces in western Canada, as Tita Jules brought me these hip yoga pants from bling baby. They sparkle especially well under dichroic lamps and hey who cares how big your butt is when it looks this good...Ker-ching bling ting. I think so!!! In fact my wardrobe grew nearly as fast as me during their stay with the lovely E-J sending some very chic threads. I've not yet met E-J, but I do know she is lovely because she already sent me my first real (but fake) fur coat... well waistcoat. I'm not quite yet big enough to do it full justice, but very nearly am. Maybe I'll wear it when I go to stay with Lola Mila. We have been making plans over the phone... see you soon LolaMila.
Luckily Tita Jules and LolaLingLing got to meet my friend Amori before she swanned off with her Mummy to a tropical island to get out of the cold rain. She was off to see family and friends in the land of papaya and maya. Yay. I hope she comes back soon. Here we are having a bon voyage group hug.
I must have tried on four hundred and twenty seven outfits or more that day. Trying on new clothes does get tiring and when some of those clothes are designed for extreme sleep comfort... well what can you do? ...It's ok, I was born for this kind of stuff. As you can probably tell by now, LolaLingLing and I bonded well, so well that we sent the olds out for the night. Ha ha ha ha, guess what? Yep that's right they went to Guu Otokame!!!
..look no Maya!!! Scandalous.
Aaaah that's better and with my first bath-time mohican... a distinct improvement on Oliver Hardy and I love this one too.
As you can imagine we were all sad to say goodbye, but it's not long until we see each other again.

Trick or Treat

It was treat time for me on Halloween, as Tito Rene and Tita Lara came over dressed as a British Bobby and witch, respectively.

They brought my new b.f.: Frankie. He's only a helium balloon, but he's mine and I like to hang with him. Well maybe I just lie there and gorm up at him with dribble running down the side of my cheeks while he just hangs there waiting for the heating to start blowing air at him again.

We had quite a few trick-or-treaters and the old folks made a couple of scary pumpkins and put up ghosts, ghouls and spiders to try and scare the kids. Not a chance! Every single one of them, including the teenagers, had one single thing on their mind: treats. Daddy says next year he's going to wear his ubiquitous gold silk dressing gown and be Hugh Hefner - this is the same item previously featuring as Dracula, Gengis Khan and Dorian Gray. Hmm not sure how well that will be received as he answers the door to young children offering them 'treats'. Hopefully he will have forgotten by then.

Speaking of dressing up, this was Dad's idea of humour! Apparently I look like Oliver Hardy! Just to be sure, my own father, made a little square moustache for me! My own father!!!!!!!!!

...oops no that is Oliver Hardy. This is me:I was speechless too! Thanks Dad! You'll be hearing from my lawyers just as soon as I am old enough. grrr

From now on, any costumes will HAVE to be approved by me first.
